9702 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 9702 platform. Your continued use of this platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated below.
Updated: 2026. Applicable to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9702 platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and 9702 as the platform operator. They apply to all users in Malaysia regardless of the method of access used.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Eligibility and Registration Requirements
To register an account on 9702, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to enter into a contract. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Each user is permitted only one active account — registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
9702 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary access restrictions or permanent account termination.
Password and Account Security
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 9702 immediately through the customer support channels provided.
9702 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
Platform Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
Users of the 9702 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Malaysian law or the laws of the country where you are located.
- Manipulating, hacking, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Creating or using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent from 9702.
- Providing false or misleading information during the registration or identity verification process.
- Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the games or the fairness of the platform for other users.
- Transferring or selling your account to another party in any manner.
9702 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user found to be in breach of these rules, including suspending access, closing the account, and forfeiting any balance associated with the violation.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 9702 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are made using supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and direct bank transfer. Users are responsible for ensuring they use payment methods registered in their own name.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by 9702. Users are required to complete the full identity verification process before their first withdrawal request can be processed.
Transaction Limits and Information Accuracy
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies and may change without prior notice. Any transaction errors — including unintentional credit overages — must be reported promptly. 9702 reserves the right to reverse or correct any transaction containing a technical error or system mistake, regardless of whether the balance has been used.
All transactions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except under circumstances specified by the platform's policies at the relevant time.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
The 9702 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 9702 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond the platform's reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9702 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 9702 or its respective licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain references to third-party services or payment providers. 9702 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.
Account Policies, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
9702 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, requests from law enforcement agencies, or internal business decisions. In cases of legitimate account closure (not resulting from a breach), any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with established procedures.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn in full before the account closure can be completed.
Changes to These Terms
9702 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
